This room can be made into a family room sleeping four 

Bedroom 4 Garden and mountain views  Super king size bedroom with windows over looking the lounge, en-suite including large double ended bath, sink with vanity unit, toilet & towel rail, double sofa bed seating area for that morning tea or quiet read, or pulled down to make an extra double bed, large family built in wardrobe, dressing table. This room can also be made up into a family room sleeping four.

Outside Very large front elevated garden with its own stream and ponds hosting spectacular mountain views. Large patio with outside dining and seating for 12 people. Large stone built BBQ. Separate garage for safe storage. ( Ponds and stream are  open sided and at ground level. The stream is a natural stream which flows through the ponds and eventually underground., flowing faster during the winter months , or after heavy rainfall.  Please keep children supervised at all times. )
